Terms of business

The prices:
All prices are listed inclusive VAT and in the chosen currency.

Methods of payment:
You can pay with Dankort, VISA Dankort, Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB using paypal The method of payment is chosen during the order process, and transfer information will be viewable prior to completing the purchase.

Deliverance:
The ordered service will be delivered upon payment. You will receive an e-mail shortly after the purchase, containing login information for our WHM.

Returns policy:
Please note that when completing a purchase at Superhosting.dk you have 2 weeks where you can declare a return of the product. This return policy ceases in accordance to the Consumer Agreement Law Â§ 12 article 2 (Danish law), when you start using the product. So by initiating use of the product you accept these return policy conditions, and therefore give up the option of using the 2 week return policy. This guideline is essential to secure Superhosting.dk against misuse from individuals who might create an account and use our servers and bandwidth free of charge for 2 weeks. Following this act an individual with misuse in mind would reclaim their money in accordance to the 2 week return policy.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order prior to using the account, you must inform Superhosting.dk via e-mail or regular mail. The e-mail and letter has to arrive at Superhosting before the expiration of the return policy period. The order of the requested service will then be cancelled and any payment transactions will be cancelled. If the payment transaction already did take place, the amount due will be transferred back to you immediately.

Renewal and Upgrade:
All products at Superhosting.dk are paid for in advance for a period of one year. If you wish to renew or upgrade your product you contact us by email.

Termination:
If you wish to terminate your account it will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period. You will have access to your account until the last day and there is no refund upon termination. If you choose to downgrade your account, this will also take place at the end of the pre-paid period. And therefore there cannot be any refund when downgrading an account.

User information:
It is at any time your responsibility to keep your user information updated and corrected. If it should come to our attention that your contact information is incorrect your account will be suspended and a fee of 200 Dkr. will be billed.

Restoration of files:
The system allows the user to make a complete backup of all files on superhosting.dk, there for it is the users own responsibility to make backups, and restore data in the event of a server failure or any other scenario that might cause data to be lost.

File sharing:
With the superhosting.dk products you have the option of sharing files like pictures and text documents. It is not legal to share files that are copyright protected, like music and video files, also it is not allowed to host porn on any of our solutions Failure to comply will lead to an instant suspension of the violating account. Funds will not be refunded if the rules are being violated.

Offensive files:
Offensive files may not be placed on superhosting.dk. If offensive files are discovered they will be deleted and the owner of the account will receive a warning via e-mail. If the rule regarding offensive files is violated again, the account will be suspended. There will be no refund when the account is suspended, and a fee of 600 Dkr will be charged for reactivating the account.

Illegal files:
Superhosting.dk must not be used to store or share illegal material. If illegal material is discovered on our servers, the violating account will be suspended at once. The case will then be reported and handed over to the authorities

Disclaimer:
The files that are located on superhosting.dk belong to the individual customers. superhosting.dk is therefore not liable for potentially illegal files and/or violation of possible rights infringements. The servers at superhosting.dk run on redundant hard disk systems. Superhosting.dk is legally and financially not liable for any damages, loss of data or downtime due to potential error on the local network, Internet, power grid or hardware.
